How to get a glowing skin? We all want to look beautiful, with a glowing skin.
But most of us have known the fact that our skin is less than perfect.
Lack of proper skincare and a good diet makes it next to impossible to obtain that glow.
People buy more and more products to make their skin radiant and beautiful, but these products work only for some time. But there are other things to make sure that your skin will glow.
1-Eat a healthy food.
Healthy proteins and nutritious fruits and vegetables go a long way toward making skin glow.
Add these foods to see quick results:
- Fish and walnuts, they contain Omega 3 that especially beneficial to your skin.
- eating a few servings of citrus fruits and spinach, they contain vitamin C
- Fresh vegetables, nuts, and unprocessed fruit helps keep a fine balance
2-Do not pick or pop pimples.
Doing so can make the infection worse and lead to permanent scarring.

Aim to get 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. The water will clear your skin and make it glow because it makes it easier for your body to flush out toxins quickly.
4-Do not use too much makeup as it can harm your skin.
Dangerous chemicals in your cosmetics can deprave your skin and even cause cancer!
Try as we might, we simply cannot avoid using makeup.

A 2003 study by the Medical College of Georgia showed that green tea aids skin rejuvenation. It can be used to treat skin diseases and wounds.
Cut open 2 used green tea bags and scoop out their contents.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey.
Mix in a little lemon juice.
Apply it on your face and allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Use this face mask once or twice a week.
